So I haven't blogged for a while. I've been super busy with work. I've already worked 50 hours this week and on Monday I went in to the office at 4:30 a.m.! However, it was a great success. My client got coverage in the NYT and by 8 a.m. on Monday we'd already briefed Bloomberg, Reuters and Dow Jones!

I'm off to Vegas again on Sunday at 2 p.m. for another work conference, I fly back at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday and then another important client meeting starts in the office at 10 a.m.!

Roll on Thanksgiving and a lovely 4 day break with David...after he's been to Holland for work!

Its just hit me

I've just read the blog of my friend Stephanie. She's an American living in London and her husband is from England yet Indian dissent. They took their year old daughter to India to meet the family. They look like they had such a good time. There's many generations; a true family.

I was reviewing the photos and it just hit me. Today after 9 months of not speaking or seeing each other, my sister and her boyfriend, and my parents finally met to talk over their issues. Its been an emotional 9 months and it started before I spent 3 months in England. I am so glad that they are now speaking again. Its important that families stick together and our family has been through more than most, but even this rocked us.

One day I look forward to creating a family of my own and then sharing big family experiences, Christmas together and massive family gatherings. There's nothing more important that those you love.
